Cusco Photography Tour

A professional photo session across the Imperial City

This private experience pairs a professional photographer with a bilingual guide for a walk through the most photogenic corners of Cusco’s historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Each stop is chosen for its light and its background: the Plaza de Armas with the Cathedral and the Compañía church, the Inca walls of Calle Loreto, the Twelve-Angled Stone, the bohemian lanes of San Blas, the painted steps of Siete Borreguitos, the colonial aqueduct of Sapantiana and, to finish, the San Cristóbal viewpoint with the whole city below.

How it works

Pickup at your hotel or a meeting point at the agreed time; the route is planned around the best light of the day, so morning or late afternoon starts work best. The photographer guides poses, composition and placement at each location while the guide tells the story of the place, so the photos come out natural. Afterwards you receive a curated set of edited high-resolution photographs and a short highlight video, delivered digitally within the agreed time.

Who it is for

Couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, proposals, families and content creators. We can add drone video, proposal decoration or a premium photographer with cinematic video as options when booking. Children are welcome; the route is on foot over cobbled streets with a couple of short climbs, at Cusco’s altitude, so allow a day in the city first.

What to bring

Comfortable shoes for cobbles, sunglasses and sunscreen, a second outfit if you want to change style, and a phone with battery to share a few moments on the way. Leave large backpacks at the hotel. Museum entrances, food and drinks are not included.
