What are your opening hours?
The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On WhatsApp we reply every day.
Can I book without visiting the office?
Yes. You can book on each tour page or message us on WhatsApp, and on the day of the tour we pick you up at your hotel in Cusco.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Your dates, how many people are travelling and what you would like to do. With that we reply with a proposal and a fixed price.
What happens if I have to cancel?
If you cancel 30 days in advance, you get a full refund. The details are in the cancellation policy. Read more →
Do you have a Complaints Book?
Yes, a virtual one. Each complaint gets a registration number and a copy by e-mail, and we reply within a maximum of 15 working days. Read more →
